The Open Badges for LearnDash plugin listens for LearnDash completion events — courses, lessons, topics, and quizzes (with an optional minimum score). When a completion matches a configured trigger, the badge is queued and issued in the background, so the learner’s page load is never slowed by the provider’s API.
